Shipping policy

Every Modern Mystic garment is made to order especially for you. Producing each item on demand helps reduce waste while ensuring your apparel is created with care.

Processing Time

Orders are typically printed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.

During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: Delivery times vary depending on destination.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more.
Orders under $75 are charged a standard flat shipping rate of $4.75.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may ship separately if they contain multiple items or are fulfilled from different production facilities. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Modern Mystic cannot be responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to help resolve the issue.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available for your shipment, it will be included in that email.
