Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love your Modern Mystic order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there's another issue affecting the quality of your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll review your request and work with you to make it right.
Because every piece is made especially for you after your order is placed, we generally can't accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong color or design
- Personal preference after delivery

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't entered production yet, we may be able to cancel or update it.
Because every item is made to order, changes are often only possible shortly after your order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production begins, we're unable to cancel or modify the order.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product includes a detailed Size Guide to help you find your best fit.
If you're between sizes or have questions about fit, feel free to contact us before placing your order, we're always happy to help.
How should I care for my apparel?
To keep your apparel looking its best:
- Wash inside out with similar colors
- Use cold or warm water with a mild detergent
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly on the printed design
- Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals

We currently offer free shipping & handling on orders over $75.

Every item is made especially for you after your order is placed.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.
